Unless otherwise stated in the listed item, shipping is free within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Each item from Companion Soul Studio is carefully prepared for production and shipment.

Ready-to-purchase items are processed according to the production schedule of our fulfillment partners. Personalized creations require additional time for artwork development and preparation before production begins.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided at checkout when available. Delivery times may vary based on the item, destination, and shipping carrier.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please note that ordering multiple items may result in separate shipments when products are fulfilled by different production partners.

At Companion Soul Studio, every creation begins with human imagination, artistic direction, and a love for animals. We use AI-assisted tools as part of our creative process to transform your submitted photographs into personalized artwork.

Each design is thoughtfully directed, reviewed, and refined by Companion Soul Studio before being prepared for production.

By submitting a photograph for personalization, you acknowledge that it may be processed using AI-assisted tools for the purpose of creating your requested artwork. Submitted photographs are used to fulfill your custom order and are not intentionally incorporated into designs offered to other customers.

Returns & Refunds — Non-Personalized Stocked Items

At Companion Soul Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns of non-personalized stocked items, including tarot decks, journals, printed guidebooks, and accessories, are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact Support@companionsoulstudio.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, when applicable. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to post the refund.

Pre-Orders

Certain Companion Soul Studio items, including our Companion Soul Tarot decks, may be available for pre-order before inventory arrives.

Estimated shipping dates are provided on the individual product pages and are subject to change. Customers will be notified of significant delays.

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment by contacting Support@companionsoulstudio.com with the order number.

Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard return policy for non-personalized stocked items applies.

Additional Information

This policy applies to non-personalized stocked merchandise fulfilled directly by Companion Soul Studio. Personalized and print-on-demand items are subject to separate return and refund policies.
