Production & Returns
Each tote is custom-created and made to order. Personalized items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to "change of mind." If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Care instructions
- Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
